Rice Product Review
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY 2017
Today’s
blog is a quick review on Tilda rice! I grabbed a few of these that were on
offer and selected those that were Vegan. If you follow my Instagram: @Hanshealthyfitnessgoals
you will know that I have meal prepped on Sundays for years. If you don’t follow

The
Sunday past I knew I would have less time to cook my meal preparation for the
week. So I planned on using the Tilda rice packets to help me out.
Each Pack Size: 250g
I
actually split a packet between three meal preps so using account 84g of the
rice per meal. I added these to my meal preparation before cooking as these
will be reheated when I come to eat the meal.

So
Guys! Here are the macros for you which I have calculated because I’m so nice
like that and love you guys!! Taken from the Tesco site, however had to double
check the calories for 125g of once packet and or course point it out on my Instagram
story!

What are my top three Tilda this
valentines?...
THIRD PLACE: Whilst it is the highest in Fat and Calories I just LOVE anything
coconut and anyone who adds coconut to their products. This is light and fluffy
and tastes great! I would really love to make a vegetable spicy stir fry and
add these rice to the side… next time!
SECOND PLACE: If you watch my live
streaming on Instagram on Sunday’s you will know that I eat mushrooms all the
time and completely appreciate that lots of people do not actually like
mushrooms. I however have always enjoyed eating them since I was tiny… dare I admit
I even peel mushrooms and eat them raw… Do not copy this!! I’m just a strange
person like that.
If
you like mushrooms too you will really enjoy this product, the rice has that “dine
out” taste and the real mushrooms added are the perfect size.
FIRST PLACE: Taking my prize spot is
the Sweet Chili and Lime rice! My good, the moment I opened this rice, the
colour of it pulled me in, It has a really lovely red colour to is and I had
that instant attraction… to rice.. haha yes I know… but it is valentines and it
is so fitting!
I
only actually started delving into the world of spice a couple of years ago and
this is a really good Chili rice for beginners like myself. A really aromatic
and subtle flavor!
