Gym done, three meals down and two green tea's later
It's time to write a blog!
The best way to start is to give you a brief overview of my life through fitness. In summary I ended 2015 carrying more weight than I would have liked as a result of an unhealthy lifestyle. Like most, I started the New Year with the goal of leading a healthier lifestyle. I started the attending gym classes and then continued to work out at the gym alone. However the biggest change of all was to my diet!
I have been meal prepping for years now, but i regularly left the meals in the fridge and opted for something i "fancied" at the time. This year i completely changed my approach to prepping, my mind set and would now say im an absolute food prepper Queen! I'm really looking forward to blogging about food prep tips so stay tuned and make sure you follow.
Now 11 months on from my "New Year's Resolution" I can proudly say for the first time ever i have sustained it and continue to do so with amazing results to share.
I really hope the posts i share in this blog will truly help those who are ending this year a little disheartened by their health and looking to make things better in 2017.
